I have an eMac recently upgraded to 10.4.7 and increased memory to
accomodate it.  I was hoping this would solve a problem I have in
getting streaming audio and video, typically You Tube, radio stations

Suddenly the window pane on my iMac OS 10.4 has disappeared.  I still
get the control bar, and iTunes still functions but i cant seem to get
back the full window pane that shows what songs are listed and the
visualizer only works in full screen mode.

a new macbook i bought recently gets very hot on the bottom - centered
below the 2 or W key. i've owned 5 or 6 mac laptops over the last 10yrs
and have never experienced anything like it.
the battery is not one that has been recalled by apple.

I have my "F12" key assigned as a shortcut for "Sleep," using the System
Preferences panel for keyboard and mouse (all applications).
However, I've noticed that that shortcut seems to periodically vanish.
I haven't been able to nail down what I'm doing at the time it vanishes,

I bought an Apple-brand "iPod AV Connection Kit." When I connect to my

I just got a new 1680x1050 widescreen monitor for my mac mini (g4).  It

and launched Entourage. Up popped a dialogue asking if I wanted it to be
the default mail program so I said yes.

It says port 22 is open.  My firewall is set not to allow remote login-SSH
