I have an Airport express base station with airtunes and it's great.
I'm getting internet, but I can't share over my local ethernet network.
I was wondering if there was a setting somewhere to enable it?

Any other way to boot the Mac G4 either than the button on the front tower?12 Aug 2006 03:59 GMT4
With older Macs, I remember there was also a way to boot the Mac from a
certain key on the keyboard. Is there any other way to boot the Mac G4
without using the button that is on the front tower? Or is there a
remote button device sold for this? Thanks!
What will Apple's next Mac tower be?12 Aug 2006 03:48 GMT12
A sales rep at a local Mac sales/service shop mentioned that
G5 towers are no longer being produced, so I'm wondering

to be, and if any are in the works at Apple currently.

WWDC -- MacBook Pro?11 Aug 2006 22:55 GMT87
(I usually follow the WWDC & MacWorld announcements with the zealotry
of Holmes solving a case, but I guess I've been asleep at the wheel --
busy with travel, house guests, and what-not. I thought that the WWDC
Keynote was set for /Tuesday/ , e.g.)
IPOD Folder Icon?11 Aug 2006 21:56 GMT1
What does it mean when a FOLDER icon appears on my IPOD and won't allow
any playing?  Is this a disk access error?  Or do I need to refresh the
songs every so often (refresh licenses, or something)?

Intel Macs, Privacy, Microsoft - Very Worrisome11 Aug 2006 21:28 GMT79
Privacy.  Should we be paranoid about it?
You create a document on your brand new Intel Mac.  Your document
contains sensitive material that you do not wish to be traced to your
computer, then to you.

WPA 2 support?11 Aug 2006 19:33 GMT6
My Linksys router supports WPA 2 encryption with AES, but apparently the
clients on my LAN-- all Macs-- do not.
So I am currently using WPA with TKIP.
Does anyone know what level of LAN security G4 powerbooks support? Do
