I have a Macintosh desktop G4 computer.  Unfortunately, for the past 6
months it's been freezing a lot (about twice a day at least!),
especially when I'm reading emails on Microsoft Outlook.  That's one
problem I need to fix.

Kaser YoFun064-80GB30 Aug 2006 13:16 GMT4
I purchased a Kaser external drive as described in the subject line but can't
seem to find software to run it.    It says PC/Mac on the package but only
had an .exe install program.
Anyone have an idea what would work to backup my entire HD to this thing?
New Wireless Problem with Powerbook and NetGear 802.11 Router30 Aug 2006 07:56 GMT1
I have a Mac Powerbook G4 with a built in Airport card.  I upgraded my
router from a Netgear 802.11b to a Netgear 802.11g (the 54mg, not the
108 or "pre-N").  It worked internittently at first.  I also have a
Windows laptop and it made the switch beautifully and works fine.

Hello, I've been wanting to try a mac forever.  I finally
picked one up.  Problem is, I'm so used to Windows XP and
PC's, I don't know that I'll ever be able to comprehend how
to use it, or realize what it can do.

I have been interested in purchasing a jump drive so I can swap files

Problem is I believe I only have USB 1.1 on my machine. I have had
Deleted iTunes, Can't Re-Install30 Aug 2006 01:28 GMT3
Okay, so my iTunes and iPhoto have been acting wonky lately, and I
decided to delete both and reinstall both. iPhoto reinstalled, but is
still having the same issues - whatever. However, when I tried to
install iTunes [I tried once from an iLife CD, once from a download],
How Can We Put A Stop To Junk Email?   [OT]30 Aug 2006 01:24 GMT12
I'm sure I'm not alone in wishing there was a way to stop junk email--not
stopping it from arriving in my inbox but making it economically impractical
for the sender. As things now stand it costs virtually nothing for the sender
to mail out literally thousands of emails and the ...

Hey y'all.  I'm newish to the mac community, but I have a question that
I don't *think* is a newbie/faq, that I'm hoping is easy and
non-troublesome to talk about.
