I know that holding down command and dragging a file MOVES it
But when I highlight several files (for example 7 files) and then hold
down command (so I can  click and drag) , all that does is DESELECT one

I've got an Epson CS 1280 printer as my network printer on an Airport
network.  I can't figure out how to make the Epson printer utility
access the printer from one of the computers so I can check ink levels,
and clean heads and so forth.  I'm running a G5 tower, a G4 tower, and

1.5 Al PB using OS 10.3.9 with a standard system void of 3rd party
utility add-ons and enhancements. The camera is a Canon A700.
When I log in to my account all works fine.  However, I have a 'Guest'
account and can't get the camera to be recognized when using that login.

In a Mac how would I grab the image of a screen so that I can save it to a
file? Is this builtin? An application?

One of our users has a G5 PowerMac running on OS 10.4
When she tries to print a document and clicks on the print button
nothing happens. The print window stays there and doesnt go anywhere.
She can cancel out of it but clicking the Print button does not do

i went to 'whats my ip' and then to a port security check page they
have -it read i had 4 ports open that could be a security problem.
this aspect of computers is new to me, what, if anything should be
