i am able to burn a data dvd using the ifnder burn folder and can burn a data CD and movie DVDs using Toast 7.1, but for some reason it hangs when trying to burn a data DVD. It gets stuck on the "preparing" step in the beginning. Any ideas?

I realise that an individual user can choose to organize their own home directory (excluding ~/Library) however they want, but I was wondering if there exist any official guidelines on the use of Apple created directories. In particular, I am interested in ~/Documents.

I've had a 15" 2.16GHz MBP for about six weeks now, and in that time the machine has crashed four times with kernel panics. There is no third-party hardware in or attached to this machine and there are no third-party kernel extensions. The panic log is below.

I'm using a Mac G4 with OS X. I have my aiport wired up to my dsl verizon modem. My Airport can't find the PPPOE! Yet, when I hook up the modem itself I get right on; thus his post. How can I fix this problem.

Since I recently got a MacBook Pro, I installed GoLive CS on it. But now, whenever I start the app, it comes up as Co-author, instead of GoLive. I've checked a few times already to make sure I installed from the right disc. Anybody know why Golive is being so weird?
