I just tried over 2 dozen cd's and cdr's and my imac won't read a
single one. I have to use the paperclip trick to even get the discs
out. Anyone know what could be the problem? This is a 2002 Imac. Could
it be "Old Age"?

I have dialup.  For some weeks Date & Time has syncked only
occasionally.  The other day I downloaded 10.4.7.  After it installed
and restarted, I opened Date & Time and saw that the "set automatically"
box had been unchecked.  I left it that way.

One of my start up items is Butler. This time, the program started ok,
but the little window that says "Starting up Butler" got stuck, and is
still there. How do I get rid of it? I don't see any obvious button.

Is it possible to hook up two or more displays to a Macbook or Macbook
