Killing Web Animations27 Jun 2006 12:14 GMT7
How do you stop animations on a web site?
It was possible to do this using command-period at one time. This
doesn't seem to work anymore. I now use command-shift-four. This freezes
the screen until I select a tiny portion to "save." I wind up trashing a

Stuffit-Expander  Problem26 Jun 2006 18:12 GMT1
I'm having a problem with Stuffit-expander.  When I download
multi-part rar files it will auto-launch itself with each part.
It didn't use to do this. I used to download ALL THE PARTS
and then it would only launch AFTER I clicked on part #1.

I have a busted blueberry iMac and beige G3 tower unit that I'd like to
dispose of in an eco-friendly way.  I heard that Apple stores accept old

tell the store in advance, or can I just show up unannounced ...
