10.2.8 Jaguar, was trying to gain more space on the boot volume. I managed to move the folder back to the boot drive and every app works as before, EXCEPT for NetInfo Manager and Disk Utility. When I try to start either of them, a small dialog comes up that says:

On a lot of AMD based notebooks, you can cut down some of the performance settings via third-party utilities and get the power consumption and temperature way down and battery life way up. Of course, they also allow you to overclock to go the other way

A coworker came in today and all of the files on her desktop were gone and Entourage is acting like it was just installed -- all her e-mails are gone and none of the custom folders she had set up are there. Upon searching, we found the desktop files had been moved to the "Movies"
