My system boots with a floppy when I uses Ctrl+Shift+commmand+delete
but it hangs up on the hard drive. System tools and system disks do the
same thing when they look at the hard drive.  The ahrd drive test good

After a Mail.app disaster, I wanted to reinstall Mail on new G5 iMac
(non-intel), and found (unopened till then)  Install 1 disc was split at

When I'm using Appleworks, typing say, often there is a delay from my
typing to showing up on the screen, sometimes annoyingly so. Someone
suggested this is the autosave acting up. Is this likely, and if so, how
