My dad bought a used G4 with 9.2.2 installed on it. He says it's working fine, but in the Finder, none of the command key shortcuts are available. (Command-S for Save, Command-W for close, etc.) In the pulldown menus, they're not shown. They do work within applications,

I am getting rid of un-necessary junk on the hd. And was wondering about the receipts that are in the libraries folder. Some of them take up lots of space. WIll any harm happen if I toss them away.
