Won't Burn a DVD! "This type of CD is not supported" I keep trying to burn DVDs and have the proper media, and have burned DVDs in the past... but now I can't! I get the error, "This type of CD is not supported".

Toast was installed (but not completely) and afterwards, when looking at menu options from the top left hand menu choices, such as file or the apple icon, the drop down box is blank. There are other noticable issues like the time in the top right hand corner is not showing

I think I am asking for the impossible, due to the nature of printers for personal computers. On all the printers that I have ever used so far, there is detectable banding in all of the plain color areas of the print.
