Got a simple question: something's stuck under the question-mark key on my
17" G4 Powerbook.  I have to press really hard to make it work.
I don't want to break my keyboard, but can I simply pry the key upward to

Having big time problems.
Went to hp.com followed the instructions to download.  Keep getting the
