My Lacie firewire dies any time I try to copy a file from/to it Usually Only files arounf 1Gb or more. Is this a drive issue? or A mechanism failure related to the transfer? Thanks, swizz.

So, Costco has G5 Imacs for $1499 including a 3 year warranty. I need a second television. First set is a 13 inch Sharp Aquos. Great set. Not wide screen tho. I got that little Aquos for full price when they came out. Ouch!

Although I'm liking some of the features on AppleWorks6 on my new computer, I keep finding frustrating incompatibilities with older versions. Right now I would like to transfer hundreds of images created under AppleWorks5, but they are not considered to be a readable format.
