As a new Mac user I've messed up things on my new Powerbook G4 and want
to re-format/re-install everything on the hard drive. I've already
backed up all my files to DVD-RW and CD-RW but have problems with a few

I hope someone could help me out with this one. I just had my powerbook
fixed (2 chips were replaced on the motherboard, which failed due to a

Whenever I boot up my iMac G5 (running 10.4.3), a dialog box pops up

Im new at this and not very computer savy!
I have just recently in stalled Tiger to my ibook. Ever since then
my itunes keeps crashing when I import any cd to my itunes.
I have up dated my itunes several times and still no luck.

When I go to Mac Help in Finder (latest version of OSX Tiger) I get
