Because of transferring several iMovie and iDVD files from my Mac to a PC (with the aid of a network) for backup purposes I thought compressing them into single files (I just noticed that iMovie files are actually folders with files inside of them, and not just single files) ...

I ran the latest updater and after it finished wiping my IPOD The IPOD is not recognized by the updater or the Systems software 2.0.1 install program. All it does is flash the little icon asking you to plug an adapter into the wall. I have always used the usb cable to recharge.
