I am a little confused, please bear with me. While browsing the
Applications directory, I noticed and double-clicked xtools.app.
The resulting window told me I have a "temporary license" valid until
some date. It asks for some license code. I don't recall downloading

It scrolls left.
It scrolls right.
It scrolls up.
But ... it doesn't scroll down ... !?

I love selecting long file paths in a console window by double-clicking
them. At work, with Linux, I get the whole path. In the Mac OS X
Terminal app, the forward slash (/) acts as a word delimiter, so I only
get a single file or directory name. Does anyone know how to customize

Just bought myself a new G5 and it's got Tiger. I've been using Panther
on my G4 laptop, but my desktop was a G3 with OS 9.

My old SCSI Umax scanner just died, which was welcomed, since I upgraded
