Hi I am new to mac and prefer to save money on backup software. I was
wondering if it is feasible to to just mount an external disk and have a
cron job backing up all the /* files to the disk. If so, which directories
I have to back up and which are not needed. How about any hidden ...

Hi guy,
I am not a MAC user but i'm having a weird problem.
I can print every document i want except one file, a WORD file. This
file is printing fine on a windows OS and on every other MAC computer.

Beige G3, 266Mhz, Rev. B board and ROM, 20gig HD. Nothing
in the PCI slots. Cheap personality card with just mic and

I seem to be missing the "lpr printers using IP" option when I add a
