I have the following command entered into my crontab: /bin/cp
/Volumes/Backup/Schedule.sch /Volumes/Backup/junk. If I schedule it for
when I am logged in, the file junk is created. If I schedule it and
then log out, the file is not created. Any ideas?

Run Disk Utility to Repair Permissions.
