hi i have an ibook white G3 , 128 MB 600MHZ , everytime i download music or burn my cds to itunes, it takes up a lot of memory so right now i only have 252 MB, now i am not able to add more music to my ibook. can anyone plz help me???

When I first stuck a DVD into my new iMac running Tiger I was asked to select a regional code. Where is this information stored and checked? On the DVD drive hardware, in MacOS, or in the player information?

Hi, I know there's an app that makes it possible to manipulate a mac from another mac. My girlfriend sometimes needs little help using my G4, while I'm on the road with my iBook. Both run Tiger. Can anyone give me the name of the app? Thx in advance.

Can Mac OS 10.4 be configured to send a fixed host name with a DHCP request? Does it support /etc/dhcp.conf, as other Unix systems?

Sometimes I have to use my powerbook when my SO is sleeping in the same room. I am thinking of getting one of the USB ligths to help me see the keyboard (do envy those who have lighted keyboards!). If you have tried a few of these gadgets, which one is the best? Thanks.

In 9.2 and before, I used to label folders and files which were in the extensions and preference folders blue as they were installed. So if some program or installer inserted some files, I could easily detect them and either trash them if I didn't want them there or color them

Here's a toughie, a friend has an iBook or some Mac laptop running OS 10.3. The laptop screen is dead. If he plugs in an external monitor the Mac treats it as a second monitor to the right of the laptop screen.
