The iMAc 500 Indigo that our mini NGO uses currently runs on 0S 10.2.8.
We recieved some stuff from one of our benefactors to communicate with
the children we care for. Unfortunately it seems to accept only OS 10.3
or higher.

automatically at startup (NOT my onw personal login items).
I can delete or rename the relevant program, but would rather like to do

Trying to get data off old HD21 Sep 2005 12:00 GMT19
I've got an old 250GB Internal IDE Quantum ProDrive (Apple branded) from
a 68K Mac. There is data on this drive that I want to retrieve. But I
can't get the drive to mount in a PowerMac running OS 8.6. The drive was

I am running Mac OS X 10.4.2 and I am trying to set up a web server. I want

Does anyone happen to have an 8.6 System Install disk for an iMac G3

be more than happy to send it back if someone would allow me to use

Alright, I am currently running my iMac G3 on a 9.2.2 system, but would

to find any information as to the price or the system requirements.
The Apple site just isn't much help, and I can't run Tiger on it just
iPod nano use with 1.121 Sep 2005 00:19 GMT1
I understand the iPod nano will sync via USB 1.1, but is there anyone
using a nano with a known USB 1.1 connection who can say from experience
whether it will recharge or not via that port? If you can, can you say
which Mac and which port you used with the nano?
