How does Apple do to display the Finder popup that happen with Control-click in Desktop Finder ?

I'm trying to write a category extension of NSMutableArray to load a
file which contains comma delimited lines of text. I have this:
//  Initialize newly alloc'd array with a comma separated values file
- (id)initWithContentsOfCSVFile:(NSString *)path

I'll ask here if it is anyhow possible to get a more actual GCC
compiler than the Nov'04 update Release on ADC ?
