I have currently no Mac but might buy one in the near future.
can I create autoconf/automake based projects in Xcode?
I searched the internet but couldn't find any reference about it...

Perhaps I'm just daft, but the CloseMovieFile function doesn't seem to
actually *do* anything.

I'm having difficulty accomplishing (what I thought) would be a
relatively easy task: Copying a directory or file all the while
maintaining in the duplicate the same owner, permissions, etc... as the
