I cannot see my contacts pictures when we are in an online chat. Only the MSN balloon guy, although I know my contacts have pictures.

I have Outlook 2002, Win XP Pro. Out of Office replies to senders on our
network, but not to outside senders. They aren't finding the responses in
their spam or anywhere else. We have Exchange. Any clues? Thanks.

I downloaded the latest version of RDC for Mac, installed it, and set up a
profile for our office server.  Now I would like to set up a second RDC
connection, but I don't see how/where to do it.  Do I need to re-download and
re-install RDC?
