I am still using 1.0.3.  I had the 2 beta running but it timed out and I
went back to 1.0.3.  I hear 2 is now in release (Is it?) but I don't
remember how to get it.

I successfully installed Mac MSN in my macbook, but I don't know how can I remove the white 'Microsoft Messenger' icon from my desktop. I tried ejecting it, but it came back again when i ran MSN once again. HELP ME!!!

I have been experiencing this problem ever since I first got my Macbook Pro in August last year (I was using Messenger 6). I have checked my preferences and the box next to 'Display alerts when e-mail is received' is ticked.

When checking my daughters message history I noticed a series of numbers
after each of her contacts and after her name on the drop down box on the
left. Each number is different and this is something new, these numbers were
not there before. What are these numbers for?

I have no problems signing onto messenger, but i keep getting disconnected
every half hour of so. this occurs all day long, every day. the message i get

I use english and portuguse on my computer. On my old pc my word processor/excel/outlook would automatically recognaze the language I was writing on and adapt the dictonary/spelling tool. How can I do this on my new Mac?

Whenever i sign out of messenger - EVERY TIME - it always says there was an error and asks if I want to send a report to Apple.
