RDC is crashing multiple times a day, with the information listed below.
As far as I can tell, there is nothing that I can do about this, so I'm
entirely at the mercy of Microsoft to address this.  I send of the reports
several times each day.  In the meanwhile, is there a fix?

I've searched for startup guides, but I can't seem to find one simple
enough for me to follow.
