Is there an option to offer remote assistance in Microsoft Messenger?
Or is there a better program for Mac OS X Leopard that will use remote
control?

How can I resolve macintosh platform computer name?  Just know that some IPs
are manually used by Macintosh computer. So need a way to find out those IPs
that are related to Mac compuer or verify it is Mac computer..

Is there a way to tell how much space the updates chosen to install using
WSUS will take up on a target servers? I would like to know before installing
letting WSUS push the updates out.

Ok, I know how to use the web based application to remotely control XP
from another XP box.  Now, I'm not quite sure about using RDC for Mac.
I have the ports forwarded, etc.  I just need to know what to type in
the computer: area.  Do I just type in the ip from my ISP?
