I have a Powerbook G4 (Titanium).  I would like to be able to connect to
WIFI spots in restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, etc.
What kind of card would I need to do this?

Mac Messenger used to work perfectly fine on my Powerbook G4 until I
was forced to upgrade to Microsoft Messenger 6.0.1. Whenever I try to
log in, my entire network dies thanks to MSN, and the same thing

While other people seem to trip up on getting Messenger to open, I have
the interesting effect that when I want to open any Office app, I have
to quit Messenger first (or the Word, for example, bounces twice, then
stops bouncing and never opens).

every time i try and click "change my display picture" msn messenger
immediately freezes and then i have to restart it in order to keep
using it, because it never unfreezes.
i even tried re-installing msn for mac again, and it continues to

It's bad enough having to put a piece of Microsoft software on a Mac,
but to rub salt in to the wound every time I load up MSN messenger it
places a little hard disk icon on my desktop. This does not disappear
when the application is quit and has to be ejected.
