Wich port should i open to allow direct-client connection for file
transfert plz ?
I just need the file transfert port...
I could help if it isnt a range cause my router only support 1 by 1

I have downloaded 6.0 and have tried this with previous versions as
well. I am creating an SSH tunnel to forward port 5060 to my LCS server

My daughter has lost her password to her laptop, which has been complicated
by the fact that she has changed it several times and never wrote it down.  
I've looked over many of the responses about "lost passwords", but none seem

Hi, all the mac users cant login after our IT group upgraded the LCS
version last weekend (im not sure the exact version). We are all using
"Microsoft Messenger for Mac version 5.1.1 or 6 on Tiger. It worked
fine for all of us with autoconfiguration and with manual configuration

My girlfriend started experiencing problems with a 5.x version on her
Mac laptop yesterday. I can sign in fine on it as can other people, her
log-in also works fine on my PC and her passport is working and being
recognised, but on her Mac? Either can't log in at all or can log in

My company finally has approved for me to replace our old Proxy Server
2.0 with ISA Server 2004. The PC client all use Microsoft Firewall
Client to get out now, rather than the old web proxy or winsock proxy
client. What about my Mac users? I didn't see an option to install this

I am unable to download Micrsoft items such as .PST back up for outlook
express, unistaller utility cleaner and any other products from Microsoft,
except the updates they update just fine.  Note: I built  my computer myself

Does MS Messenger support a webcam or just regular typed chat?

After upgrading to version 6 of MSN Messenger I can no longer sign in.
I don't even get an error message – just goes straight back to the sign
in button in the main window.
I know for a fact that my details are correct and I am able to sign in

I realize I'm using old software...but have not choice at this point.

I could not manage to sign in with the new Messenger 6/Mac until I created a
new account at Passport Services. Sure can't figure out what's wrong with my
first account. I could log in via Web at Passport Services and was
immediately taken to MSN Account Services. Dunno what that ...

I can't seem to log into my msn messenger. It worked fine up until
about lunch time and I coudln't sign in anymore. It pops up that I have
