I wonder if anybody on earth has ever tried to *use* RDC in a context where the keyboards are not plain US keyboards ? Would someone have the clue *how* I could possibly type a character which requires using a modifier key other than Shift ?

Can you use RDC to connect to a Windows PC on a different network over the public internet even if the remote computer is behind a firewall? How do you configure this if possible? Thanks.

I am currently experiencing difficulty in binding our new iMacs (system 10.3.8) to the windows 2003 server. The error message which keeps reoccurring is Insufficient priveleges, even though I am using the admin password. Please help if you can?

Does anyone know how I can change the resolution on Remote Desktop Connection? Under Control Panels, Display, and Setting, the resolution is locked at 800X600 and the color quality only has Low (8 bit) in the drop down menu.

I have two win2k-servers with shared folders. The clients are mixed pc/mac (MacOS9, MacOSX). Last week one of the servers suddenly hanged and was rebooted. Ever since then, the mac clients have trouble connecting to the shares on the server.

I have two external hard drives full of files from my apple. One of them was formatted on a Windows machine and one was formatted on my Apple. Both read OS-X when I look at properties in my apple. My new Dell running XP does not recognize either.
