Question:
   I have a G5 running Mac OS 10.1.3 and Classic with two hard drives
installed (not by me). I was trying to run Norton Utilities (booting for
Norton Disk). It boots from Norton Disc but the hard drives won't mount and

One email message is causing my Outlook to freeze/crash as soon as I try to
open it.  I then will have to close everything.  How can I delete it ?
Please I am new in Mac and would appreciate any step-by-step help.

I can't get MSN Messenger 4.0.1 to stay logged in and it is
driving me MAD.  It appears that i am on-line at my end but when I go
to MSN I am logged out.  It seems to be happening after a
couple of minutes.   Can anyone help or advise?

Does anyone know why I cant play mpeg files... Most if not all of them
quicktime will not play!  Any suggestions..

We use Lotus Notes (6.5) at my office and via remote desktop the text
gets scrambled to the extent that it is illegible.  Everyone who uses
the Mac OS client experiences the same behavior, and I do not
experience this behavior with the windows or linux remote desktop

The Windows version of RDC support the sharing of smart card reader in
the Local Resources under Local devices. Does anyone know that if it is
also support in the Mac version of RDC?
BTW, is there any guideline on how to setup a smart card reader on Mac?

MSN 4 is nearly prehistoric and were forced to use 3rd party clients JUST to
get basic stuff that you plain REFUSE to implant.

I am trying to connect an old Agfa Duoscan scanner to a dual processor
G4 that runs both OSX and Classic.
I installed the SCSI card successfully and connected the scanner to
it. The card is recognized in system profiler, but the scanner is not

Does any one know if MS has any plans to include audio chats in any upcoming
version of MSN Messenger. Why is it so hard to implement this on a Mac? Or
