Hi all, I'm buying Jaguar for 7 Macs can just one be installed on all
computers or do I need individual copies.
10.2 came with my G4 and i have used it on all the machines and they all
work so i'm hoping Jaguar will.

I have an ongoing problem with a Win2k server running services for

Brand new to the world of Macs. Can anyone answer any of the following:
1. Do you use a software firewall? Is it needed? From what you know, do
people worry about having any open ports on a mac being used by someone to

I'm having trouble accessing a Windows server with a Mac.  I using a Mac
Powerbook G4 running OS10.3.7.  I can create a VPN connection and can
ping the server.  I can also ping PCs on the system and they can ping my
Mac. Using MISE, I can even browse a web page on the system.  So ...

I'm running on 10.3.8 and I can't empty my trash can anymore. It says some
'.htm' files are locked and cannot be trashed. I remeber an old 'the bug' on
os 9, but never heard of such a thing on os X.

I can not get RDC to start. I have used it regularly for about a month
and then today the icon bounces for a while in the dock and the the
program hangs. I removed the program and got a fresh copy from
microsoft but the problem persists.
