I have QWEST DSL and the ISP is MSN. I have no problems with the service in that it is always there and running but I hate the fact that I must use the MSN browser to get at my e-mail, and the fact that it will not integrate with Apple mail, or Address Book, or Entorage.

I am using Entourage for contacts and Word for contracts. I'd like to use the Entourage database for the legal contacts and another source for a book subject contact. I'm not sure whether it would be better to create a book database in Excel or something like FileMaker.
