I can capture an image using Preview for Mac.  But when I paste it into a
document and send it to someone with a PC - they can't see the image.
This is really frustrating and I can't find a solution.  Thanks for your

Does anyone know how to increase the colour depth on RDC?
Even selecting the thousends or millions of colours on the RDC client
results on 256 colours. It displays a little flag under the settings
saying that it might b overridded by the settings on the server... but

I inserted a CD-R that was given to me and I can't get it out of my
PowerBook.  When I put it in, the cd drive will start and stop spinning
incessantly for about 5 minutes.  When I tried to eject the disc, the cd
icon disappeared from my desktop, but the disc did not actually come ...

We have a number of Macs which run either the Mac Mail or Entourage client
failing to Receive mail and properly communicate with Exchange 5.5. Any
