My brother has PC hooked up to a cable modem. He would like to add a second

Assuming it's do-able, what is the best way to do it?
Thank you.

Safari Browser and Outlook Web access22 Dec 2004 19:00 GMT1
We are using Safari web browser to access Outlook Web Access. You can close
down and quit Safari then relaunch and get straight into the webmail without
going through login username/password page. IE on the Mac doesn't let you do
this.

I have been attempting to diagnose why 1 of the 2 machines I use for remote
access from OS X 10.3.4 using RDC 1.02 is going slow.
The reason for the slowness of the machine is a program called RDPclip.exe
that chews up 99% of the CPU when it can.
