 ok I finally got the mac to communicate with the server
but there was a registry spot i had to edit:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanma
nserver\parameters and I had to null (set from 1 to 0)

Is it possible to repair a Personal folders file? The file
is damaged, end it´s not possible to open it in outlook.
The system is 9.2.2

User is running 10.3.  Opens Outlook 2001 in Classic
Mode.  Works great.  Then it will quit on it own.  No
error.  Changed the Classic setting to never time out.  
Still didn't work.  Any suggestions?

After downloading my mail on Mac OS 9.2 unable to open Mail client.
mouse works but system is frozen. In result, I become unable to choose
or work on any other application too. What can I do?

I'm attempting to run Microsoft Outlook in Classic mode on a G4 with
OS 10.2.8.
When I try logging on, I get the following error: The set of folders could
not be opened. You do not have permission to log on.

It wasn't a topic here, but I'll ask anyways.  Is it
possible to VPN from a Mac?  If so, where/what are the
settings I need?  I have been unable to figure it out on
my own.  Thanks for any input.
