Have a new MBP, 17 inch :-) I need to install many many things new.
First I installed a new Perl 5.8.8 in /usr/local/ - Apple's OSX is
up-to-date and Xcode installed!

the CPAN::Shell perl module is installed but when called in a script an
error message advises installing it.

need to first be installed - XML::Liberal 0.02 and XML::RSS::LibXML 0.09.
So, I then proceeded to install XML::Liberal.  having problems with MAKE

a lot of modules install successfully except when it reaches
