Would somebody else please check the OpenPrinting forum site at

UK uses wireless channels 1-13, US uses only 1-11 IIRC.
So can a US MacBook when used in the UK access channels 12 and 13?
I am asking because a friend's MacBook could not even see my network,

I have a grey toilet-seat iBook I'm trying to get working with my new
LinkSys 310N router. Any attempt to connect to the (visible) network
results in an error claiming the password is incorrect - it is not.

Newest MacBooks now have limited "direct" USB connectors,
usually one or two of them.
Any way to solve this problem when a lot of stuff demands a
direct connection to USB, versus going through a USB hub?

MTNW filters have a "Don't override this filter" option.  What happens
if there are two filters that contradict each other, but both have that
don't-override checkbox checked?

I've been out of the tech loop for almost two years now so please be
patient with my possibly simplistic question: Can I print to a printer
hooked up via USB to another Mac using the home WiFi? Allocating it an
IP address didn't help. Is it necessary to hook the printer up to the
