Anyone care to recommend a Mac-friendly Web host (preferably Northeast area) that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, for a small Web site? Preferably one that runs on Linux (don't know if there are any commercial Mac hosting sites).

When I tried to run my telephone line into my Mac Mini (first generation 1.25 ghz) I found that my ring detector in my phone (that differentiates between the Smart/Teen/Fax ring (a double ring usually) and the normal ring didn't work anymore. I ran it off a splitter.

It seems like I may have a bad Ethernet port on my G4 iMac (gooseneck). The router port flashes on and off when I plug it in and the machine is unable to connect to the router. My other Intel iMac works from that same port (or any other) on the router.
