Anyone have any recommendations for Web site hosting? My ISP does it, but they're probably a bit more expensive than the big players. They charge about $25/month for about 250 MB of space. I don't really need a lot of space, but there are places offering hosting for a lot less.

I take it I could use VLC to capture a stream video - provided I have the stream address. So given a webpage with a streaming video clip, how do I go about getting the streams' address?
