I have a iMac G5 (OS X 10.4.3) and a PC (windows XP). We share an
internet connection by wi-fi: the Mac uses the in-built Airport and the
PC an USB dongle.

I am at wits end here.  I'm having trouble with my G4 667 powerbook
connecting to my linksys base station.  It worked fine a month ago, and
then it stopped working in a very strange way.  Any thoughts, ideas or

I got given an iMac with OS9 on it but the person left a password on
the tcp/ip settings to get admin options as such I cannot change those
settings, is there a way around this?

I gave a family member my old G3 tower.  It has OS9.04, or whatever the
last version of 9 was.  Unfortunately, the recipient wants to access
the web via dialup so they can keep their AOL account.  I haven't done
dialup in a long time, and can't remember how this was set up on an OS9

anyone know how to switch off the contextual menus in Firefox?
They pop up all the time if one waits more than half-a-second before
making the mouse choice. A great nuisance and time-waster.
