Weird mail upgrade behavior26 Aug 2005 23:11 GMT6
I recently had need to reinstall Tiger.  After reinstalling it, I ran

that version 2.0.2 had not been installed.  So I downloaded the combined
update for 10.4.2, and ran it again.  Mail was still not updated.  ...

in the dock to tell me that the server rejected my password.  Of course
the application hangs until I respond.

We have two users, each on their own Mac, and we need to give user2

unique group, chgrp'ed that directory and all its files to that group
with group write permissions. I then put a symbolic link in user2's

I have a quick question regarding built-in ethernet on beige G3 Powermacs

the PIX. This means that the users have to be told to explicitly add
AOL and BCC16 Aug 2005 18:33 GMT8
I finally persuaded my aunt to use BCC when forwarding messages to
groups of people.  She uses AOL, but can't figure out how to use BCC;
she says she can't find it on her system.
I don't have AOL, so I can't check myself.  Can anyone here help?
