What is "Interference Robustness". There is a checkbox in the airport icon for this. Does this attenuate the wireless signal?

Here's a strange one... whenever I receive an email from a certain aol customer and hit the reply button nothing apparently happens. However if I quit Mail and relaunch, the addressed reply message window is open but without any body text and a draft now shows in the draft box.

| trouble with outlook express 5 | 26 Dec 2004 03:02 GMT | 2 |
My father-in-law uses Outlook Express 5 for OS 9. He recently upgraded to Panther and OE will no longer recognize his previous OE identity. I've tried both the "switch identity" and "import mailbox" commands and they don't work. Switch identity just shows a "welcome to Outlook"

| OSX - Win2K Networking Problem | 25 Dec 2004 19:47 GMT | 1 |
I am trying to network my PowerMac G5 with a Windows 2000 PC using a crossover cable. I know the cable works because I had it connecting two PCs successfully. Furthermore, I know the hardware on each computer works, because packets are being sent and received.

| MacSOUP still the best offline newsreader? | 23 Dec 2004 19:48 GMT | 6 |
I'm a long time MacSOUP user (forced to temporarily use Google Groups thanks to my hopeless freaking ISP's news server... but that's another story) for both Usenet and email. I love MacSOUP's threaded display for news and email and offline capability.

| PCMCIA On An iBook | 22 Dec 2004 23:25 GMT | 1 |
I just ran across this on the web: "CMS (TNU-PCMCIA) PC Card Adapter" (do a Google search on the string). It appears to be a way to add a PCMCIA card to a laptop with a USB connector. If it works, it would be a way to use older cellphones (and other
