How to I find and correct the Tread 4 crash problem? OSX 10.3.5, Eudora 6.1.1 Suddenly, Eudora can't download from the mail server. The top of the crash log is shown below.

Sometimes when I hang up the modem, the status gets stuck "Disconnecting". The only thing I can do is reboot. Logging out and back in doesn't fix it. Is there something, possibly in Terminal, that will allow me to reset the modem so I won't have to reboot?

FP G4 iMac, OS 10.2.8, XDarwin 4.4.0 I installed XDarwin so I could work from home. So far it's a no go. I am using a Cisco VPN client to connect to work over a DSL line, Terminal works fine as does access to company Web pages.
