I was wondering if anyone out there in mac-land, or MP3-land, has had trouble with some of the last batch of 512 meg ipod shuffles breaking off at the USB connection when being removed from their computer. As you can gather, my daughter had this happen with her shuffle. It is

Does anyone know of a bug that would cause my 17" powerbook running tiger 10.4.8 not to allow me to type small zzzzz's I can do upper case but not smaller case. I'm sure it only started recently David Rowe

Can someone please confirm my concern, perhaps I am doing something wrong??!!! 1. MacBook Pro, 15in 2Ghz, 1gig ram (new) 2. IM R51, 15in, 1.6ghz, 512ram (1 yr old)

The web site of the Commbank doesn't work with non-IE browsers. I've identified the problem as a CSS file (that specifies the formatting of text) that is only provided to IE browsers. If you use any other browser the file is not sent.

With MacPro on OS 10.4.8, Mac will not shutdown, restart, or logout, from the apple menu. There is no action wen I select those. It wil sleep, and all other actions are OK. I have run disk repair from the install OS disk..."no repairs

Earlier I posted problem with not being able to shutdown, restart from Apple menu. I contacted Apple. Tests showed it was software related. We ran all diagnostics they could think of. Nothing fixed the issue.

Anyone got a MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo into their grubby little hands yet? I ordered mine about last Monday (from a reseller, not from Apple directly) but it hasn't arrived yet. Just wondering if anyone else had got one.
