I have a 400mhz G4 with 2 HDs. One with OS 9.2 and the other with

Over the last couple of weeks, when I boot into the OS9 drive, I have
trouble opening folders, drives, and apps. When I double click on an

I'm trying to fix a printing problem with my mother's Stylus Photo R210 and
Mac mini running OS 10.3.9, but fear the worst. The computer seems to have
lost all contact with the printer: Printer Setup utility no longer sees it

for all geeks, regarding sudo24 Oct 2006 00:56 GMT3
Is it just me, or is it possibly a security issue that you can type
"sudo passwd root" or "sudo tcsh" to get root without a password? I'm

What is the best OS for a G3 900MHz?23 Oct 2006 20:51 GMT6
I've installed System 10.4.8 on a G3 900Mz iBook with 500MB RAM but it
seems to be a bit slow for some tasks, especially with wireless
networking enabled. If I purchase a copy of Panther will it run faster?

users are switched. You can even get 2 iTunes songs playing at the same
time.
He has an old G3 500 Mhz iMac running 10.3.9 - iTunes 6.

I'm using the RSS Visualiser as a screensaver, but can't figure out how to

The other day I sent my 78 year old Dad an iBook 900. It is his first
