I have a Quicksilver G4, with the internal Zip drive... which is of no use
to me (I gave up on zip drives as soon as CD burners hit a practical price
point).

Apple Computer Australia. But it's not "on-air" yet. Won't be long. :-)

I am running 10.3.9 and both Explorer and Safari crash all the time.
they did it a bit with 10.3.8 but worse now.
How do I install backwards to 10.3.7 which was quite stable? Must I
initialize the HD?
