Howdy,
Just trying out some vcds....
Should it take a new edition eMac 12 hrs to convert a 90 minute .mov to
MPEG in iVCD...?!

I'm looking for the best and cheapest way of geting annolouge footage
via a tape or off air direct into FCP3 (Mac) G4
I tried using my PD100 as a "breakout box" but plugging in the AV lead
disables the Firewire leaving me with nothing.

Just wondering , is there any "spyware removing programs" for the Mac?
Should Mac users worry about this sort of thing, or is this just a Windows
worry? (lol)
Cant seem to find anything.

I have Mac OSX.3.5 installed on my G5 dual 1.8.
Why does the Mac OS  seem to have these "folders" pop up with nothing in
them?
One is called the "desktop" folder.

I prefer to use Canon's ImageBrowser to organise my photos, but when I
connect my camera iPhoto automatically opens.
Is there a way to get ImageBrowser to open instead?

I'm looking for an application that is easy to use for someone who has no
html experience, basically they do the design, the application produces the
code and they can then publish it to their website.  They're currently using
DreamWeaver in OS 9.2 but it's too difficult for them ...

I am trying to connect an Imac 233 with OS 8.5.1 via Ethernet to an ADSL
router. I know the router is working correctly since I have connection from
it to another computer. Apparently the Imac does not see anything on the
Ethernet connection. I am not receiving IP/TCP nor can I ...

I have had a PB FireWire (or Pismo) for almost four years. It's the
500MHz version.
