I have a friend who will be working overseas next year and wants to be able to run English and Chinese [I assume simplified script] programmes. He's running Panther. How can he do this? Does he install English as his primary language and Chinese along with the other install options ...

In OSX Mail, at times when I enter a name in the To field, I often get a list of names that I do not know and which do not appear in the address book. The addresses look like spammers. Any ideas where these addresses are and how I can get rid of them

I am trying to transfer some files using firewire. System does not respond to holding down 'T Key' at restart. Have also always had problems booting from CD using C key. Anyone hazard a guess what I am doing wrong and more importantly how I can fix it?

Hi all, I have a Pioneer 108 DVD burner in my G5 and bought a spindle of 50 Shintaro DVD blanks, labelled as 8x. Unfortunately Toast 6.0.5 only lets me burn them at 4x. When I try some JVC 8x rated blanks they are recognised as 8x and burn at 8x fine. Is there any way to force ...

Does Ichat AV work in Australia? What i have read you have to have AOL what about your own ISP? Or is this feature a Nth American thing just like Itunes that you pay for?
