Any Airport Express + D-Link DSL-300 users out there?31 Aug 2004 14:01 GMT2
Just wondering if any Mac users with Airport Express have got it to work
with their D-Link DSL-300 modem? I have such a setup and cannot get it
to connect to the net. I'd be interested in hearing from anyone out
there who has managed to perform this 'miracle'.

Second-hand Mac prices?30 Aug 2004 10:52 GMT7
Can anyone point me at a decent resource for figuring out how much
a second-hand Mac is worth?  I've taken a look at the prices being
asked by smalldog.com and some Trading Post advertisers, and am having
a hard time believing anyone could seriously get $2500 for a Quicksilver
Anyone use Limewire?30 Aug 2004 02:02 GMT5
It's about time
If the Aust Music Industry got off there a.s and let the iTunes Music
Store happen here in Australia I wouldn't have to download crappy mp3s

OS X glitch and UNIX command29 Aug 2004 12:57 GMT10
Having successfully reinstalled OSX (latest) on a friend's computer,
she wished to use 9.2.2 until she got familiar with the OSX
environment. I restarted the computer for her in 9.2.2 and all was
well. Apparently at one point she ran Norton's in 9.2.2 and heaven
UNWIRED...29 Aug 2004 02:47 GMT1
Has anyone signed up for UNWIRED broadband internet and want to share their
experiences? It sounds like a fantastic idea, but I'm worried about security
and reliability. Funny about internet banking as it is....  Not it's going
over the airwaves????  Will it be more reliable than ...

running OS 10.3.5. I was expecting to use this to port large files between
my home Mac and the work PC.
I was able to write some files to this disk from the PC but when I tried to

I'm on the lookout for an older iBook. The older "toilet seat" kind. My daughter has
decided that they're way cool and would be very nice to have at boarding school. I'm
