I want to find an external CD RW with USB interface for
my Mac G3 running OS 9.0.
Does anyone one know if the ASUS external CD RW

Our old 5300 Director's Edition battery died and I have replaced it with
three alkaline AAAs....seems to be going OK.
Big problem though with the desktop!   Since the battery died, the desktop
image has shrunk to the size of a barrel shaped 512k Mac.  Does anyone know

I've got a week old G4 Powerbook running 10.3.4 and all the latest updates.
I just went into (Finder) Mac Help and it loads, then crashes before I can
type my query.  It seems to work in Safari, QuickTime etc, just not Finder?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Any body got any solutions as to why some of my software, poisoned, limewire
etc will not work over my new ADSL connection? I'm assuming it has something
to do with my firewall settings, but I can't seem to nut it out.
Secondly what ever is occurring seems to affecting MOHAA ...

I have a G3/333 lombard powerbook and the CD tray sounds to be on the
way out. Tremendous groaning noise and won't stop revolving. Much
vibration.

Contemplating a new G5 and am wondering if it is worth the extra to go Dual
processor.......We have a couple of DP G4s and I have never been fully
convinced that THAT was worth doing.
Would the Extra $1200 odd be better spent on say maxing out the RAM?
